Membership expiration

Membership will be revoked under any of the following circumstances. Revoked members will lose all associated discounts and accumulated points, and these will not be reinstated retroactively.
(1) Violating membership terms or providing false information.
(2) Using or lending the membership identification QR code to someone other than the member.
(3) Engaging in any other behavior that harms the company or other members' rights.
(4) If a member is involved in illegal activities, the company will temporarily suspend membership rights until legal responsibilities are clarified and will cooperate with government investigations as required by law.
(5) If a member requests the company to cease collecting, processing, and using some or all of their personal data.
(6) If a member fails to pay fees on time after being notified.
(7) If a member requests to withdraw from the membership.
When a member requests withdrawal or loses membership, they will no longer enjoy membership rights. If they rejoin, they will not receive welcome gifts and will not regain previous discounts or points.
If a member loses membership due to illegal activities or damage to the company's reputation, the company has the right to seek compensation from the member for the extent of the damage, and the member cannot dispute this.

Membership usage?

Renluxus Rhea membership cards or identification QR codes are for the member's personal use only. Identification QR codes and benefits cannot be transferred or lent to others. The company may request proof of identity to verify ownership of benefits, and members cannot refuse. If a member refuses or is unable to provide identification, the company may refuse to provide services.

Company notification obligations for unpaid fees

If a member fails to pay the fees, the company will notify the member within 7 days of the due date, requesting payment within 10 days. If payment is not received by the end of the notification period, the company may temporarily suspend or terminate all membership benefits. The contract will be considered suspended or terminated from the date the notification period expires. Membership benefits during the suspension period cannot be extended.
Membership level upgrades, downgrades, or withdraw

(1) Membership levels are earned through consumption-based rewards, varying according to the purchase level. To change membership levels, a new qualifying plan must be purchased, forfeiting all existing rewards, including used and unused benefits. When a member acquires a new membership level through purchases, the previous level becomes invalid on the purchase date. The new membership level becomes effective the day after purchase, with a one-year validity period beginning on the effective date.

Membership application requirements?

1.Purchase of designated consumption plans for the current year or reaching a specified spending threshold will earn different membership levels and rewards. How to apply for membership?

Members can register directly on the official website (https://www.renluxus.com/member/login) under "Member Zone" by clicking "New Member Registration"; or they can obtain a membership application form from the customer service counter. After completing the form and submitting the required documents, the application will be processed. If you meet the membership requirements, you will be notified by mail of successful application.
