In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the "PDPA"), the Company notifies you of the following:

Based on the Ministry of Justice's announcement regarding specific purposes and categories under the PDPA: marketing (040), collection and use of personal data by non-government agencies in compliance with legal obligations (063), credit card, cash card, debit card, or electronic ticket business (067), contracts or similar legal relationships (069), customer management and services (090), consumer protection (091), commercial and technical information (098), procurement and supply management (107), ticketing business (111), communication administration and management (125), accounting and related services (129), information and database management (136), online shopping and other e-commerce services (148), advertising or business activity management (152), research and analysis (157), and other business activities compliant with business registration items or organizational articles (181).
  • Providing customer and member management, online shopping, and other e-commerce services.
  • Facilitating the delivery of purchased goods.
  • Conducting statistics, surveys, analysis, and building relevant databases.
  • Marketing Renluxus products.

(2) Categories of Personal Data Collected:

Identification data as defined in the Ministry of Justice's announcement related to the above purposes, including C001 identification of individuals, C002 financial identification, C003 identification in government documents, C011 personal descriptions, C013 habits, C021 family circumstances, C023 details of other family members, C031 residence and facilities, C033 immigration and migration details, C035 leisure activities and interests, C036 lifestyle, C038 occupation, C039 licenses or permits, C081 income, assets, and investments, C093 financial transactions, C102 contracts or agreements, C131 searchable written documents, and C132 uncategorized data.

(3) Duration, Location, Entities, and Methods of Personal Data Use:

Duration: Unless otherwise stipulated by law or requested by you to cease usage, the Company may use your personal data.

Location: Your personal data will be used in the operational regions of the Company and its affiliated enterprises, as well as in the regions where associated companies operate.

Entities: The Company, its branches, subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, or organizations with business relations or contractual agreements with the Company (e.g., transportation providers or consultants such as lawyers and accountants).

Methods: Usage by automated or non-automated means, including but not limited to written or electronic forms and international transmissions.

(4) Rights Under Article 3 of the PDPA and How to Exercise Them:

1. Rights you may exercise with the Company:
  • Request to access, view, or obtain a copy of personal data (a necessary fee will be charged).
  • Request to supplement or correct personal data. You can use your account and password to update data, except where legal stipulations apply.
  • Request to stop collecting, processing, or using personal data, or to delete it. However, data necessary for operational or legal purposes may be retained as permitted by the PDPA.
  • Request to close your account. Upon closure, the Company will terminate services, and account-related benefits will not be retained or transferred. Please evaluate carefully before closing your account.

2. Methods to exercise your rights: You may contact the Company via written requests (email, fax, or electronic documents) or through the customer service hotline.

(5) Consequences of Not Providing Personal Data:

Failure to provide the required personal data may delay or hinder necessary processing, resulting in the inability to provide relevant services.

 
3. Exceptions

The Company may disclose your personal data under the following circumstances:

(1) Required by law.

(2) Requested by judicial or regulatory authorities exercising their powers.

(3) Authorized or consented to by you.

(4) Necessary for providing specified products or services.

(5) Data already publicly disclosed by you.

 
4. Data Storage and Security

If you have any questions or suggestions about the Policy, please contact the Company. Your feedback will be handled promptly.

(1) In the event of operational rights transfer, your member data and transaction records will be transferred to the new rights holder.

(2) The Company may publish relevant information on your social media feed. If you disagree, do not click the consent button or remove such information later.
