作為一個43歲的四寶媽，每天的生活就是一場大型生存挑戰賽，要應對四個孩子的吃喝拉撒睡，還得兼顧工作與生活，真的是身心俱疲。所以當聽說日本百年高端 SPA 品牌 「庵 SPA」 在台灣開設了海外首家街邊旗艦店時，我立馬決定給自己一個喘息的機會，來一場奢華的放鬆之旅。

As a 43-year-old mother of four, every day feels like a big survival challenge. Managing four kids’ needs while balancing work and life can be exhausting, both physically and mentally. So when I heard that the century-old high-end Japanese SPA brand “An Spa” opened its first-ever street-side flagship store in Taiwan, I immediately decided to give myself a break and embark on a luxurious relaxation journey.

庵 SPA 登場：五星級飯店的貴婦體驗進駐街邊，還記得以前看日劇的時候，總覺得那些職業女性下班後去高端 SPA 的畫面，離我這種忙得像陀螺的媽咪非常遙遠。但「庵 SPA」竟然來台灣了！更特別的是，他們的據點不是在隱秘的五星級飯店，而是開在台北的高端時尚地標RENLUXUS`芮娜瑟斯，讓人一走進店裡，就像瞬間飛到了東京。

An Spa has arrived: The experience of a five-star hotel lady is now available on the street. I remember watching Japanese dramas where those professional women would visit high-end spas after work, and it always seemed so distant from my life as a busy mom running around like a spinning top. But now, “An Spa” has come to Taiwan! What’s even more special is that their location isn’t hidden inside a five-star hotel, but in the high-end fashion landmark RENLUXUS in Taipei. As soon as you step inside, it feels like you’ve been transported straight to Tokyo.

進門後，親切的接待人員帶著我到三樓的位置，他們的臉上充滿著笑容，一點距離都沒有。
Upon entering, the friendly staff escorted me to the third floor. Their faces were full of smiles, and there was no sense of distance at all.

接待區與房間裝潢接近Japandi日式北歐風，也保留部分傳統日式禪風的角落可供休憩，服務人員說，除了目前提供的SPA按摩護膚，未來會陸續提供美甲服務、瑜珈課程，多樣化的美體護膚服務，到時候可以約姊妹們一起來個輕時光追求美麗之旅。記得一定要先預約喔～

The reception area and rooms are decorated in a Japandi style, blending Japanese and Nordic influences, while also maintaining some traditional Japanese Zen-inspired corners for relaxation. The staff mentioned that, in addition to the current SPA, massage, and skincare services, they will soon offer nail services and yoga classes, as well as a variety of beauty and skincare treatments. It will be the perfect opportunity to gather with friends for a lighthearted journey toward beauty. Be sure to make a reservation in advance!

立刻被內部的裝潢迷住了，空間設計完美融合了日式簡約與奢華質感，整個環境讓人不自覺放鬆下來。每個角落都透露著一種「低調的高級感」，不會讓人覺得距離遙遠，反而像是溫暖地邀請你踏入一場療癒旅程。

I was immediately captivated by the interior design. The space perfectly blends Japanese minimalism with a luxurious feel, and the entire environment makes you naturally relax. Every corner exudes a sense of “understated elegance,” which doesn’t feel distant but instead warmly invites you into a healing journey.

有屬於自己的私密空間，也有屬於自己的換洗沐浴備品，什麼都不用帶，只需要帶一顆想要放鬆的心，暫時把手機關靜音，遠離忙碌的回覆訊息、手機各種通知，可以就讓自己回到最舒服的狀態。

There is a private space just for you, complete with your own change of clothes and bath essentials. You don’t need to bring anything—just bring a heart ready to relax. Turn your phone to silent, distance yourself from the constant messages and notifications, and allow yourself to return to your most comfortable state.

乾濕分離獨立衛浴是專屬的，不用大家共享，也不怕尷尬遇見陌生人。就連他們的沐浴乳、洗髮精都是特別SPA護理等級的。

The dry and wet separated private bathroom is exclusive to you, so there’s no need to share with others, and you won’t have to worry about awkward encounters with strangers. Even their body wash and shampoo are specially designed for spa-grade care.

從「媽媽肩」到「仙女肩」的變身之旅當天，我選擇了他們非常熱門的一個療程：「日式經典筋膜深層按摩」。這個療程的特色是結合了穴位理論與筋膜放鬆技術，專為那些長期壓力和勞累導致肌肉僵硬的都市女性設計。聽到這裡，我忍不住舉手發言：「這不就是為我量身打造的嗎？」

From “mom shoulders” to “fairy shoulders,” my transformation journey began that day with one of their most popular treatments: the “Japanese Classic Myofascial Deep Tissue Massage.” This treatment combines acupressure theory with myofascial release techniques, specially designed for urban women whose muscles have become stiff from long-term stress and fatigue. Upon hearing this, I couldn’t help but raise my hand and say, “Isn’t this tailor-made for me?”

這次體驗總共120分鐘 （按摩60分+40分烤箱+20分盥洗&甜點）烤箱是我喜歡的環節之一，體內多餘排不出老廢物質，藉由烤箱將它一一釋放。

This experience lasted a total of 120 minutes (60 minutes of massage + 40 minutes in the sauna + 20 minutes for washing up & dessert). The sauna was one of my favorite parts, as it helped release the excess waste and toxins that my body couldn’t eliminate on its own.

五感全開：從香氛到音樂的極致享受值得一提的是，庵 SPA 的整個療程設計是為了讓五感全面放鬆。除了按摩手法讓身體得到解放，療程中使用的香氛精油是由日本知名調香師專屬打造的，有助於提升放鬆效果。我選了一款當天一聞就很喜歡的檜木白檀木質香氣，聽說這款精油是檀香中永遠的王者，對於肌膚保養很有幫助，除了讓肌膚像是剝了蛋殼的水煮蛋那樣白嫩細滑，整個釋放無所不在的幸福感，目前提供可選的精油：櫻花柚子/檜木白壇/柚子可選，不會過於濃烈，而是有一種大自然的芬芳，讓人彷彿置身在日式庭園中。

All senses fully awakened: From the aroma to the music, the ultimate enjoyment. It’s worth mentioning that the entire An Spa treatment is designed to relax all five senses. In addition to the massage techniques that liberate the body, the essential oils used during the treatment are specially crafted by renowned Japanese perfumers to enhance relaxation. I chose a woody fragrance of cypress and sandalwood that I immediately loved. I heard this essential oil is the eternal king of sandalwood, great for skin care. Not only does it leave the skin as smooth and delicate as a soft-boiled egg, but it also releases a pervasive sense of happiness. The available essential oils to choose from are Sakura Yuzu, Cypress Sandalwood, and Yuzu. They’re not overpowering but rather have a natural fragrance that makes you feel as if you’re in a Japanese garden.

按摩師是經過專業培訓的職人，手法溫和又細膩。他們會在療程前先詳細詢問你的生活習慣和身體狀況，讓整個療程更有針對性。隨著按摩師在我肩膀上的每一個按壓，我感覺多年累積的「媽媽肩」壓力像被瞬間釋放。肩膀、背部和腰部那種卡住的緊繃感，逐漸被柔和的暖流取代，真的有一種從「魯夫大媽」進化成「溫柔仙女」的感覺！

The massage therapist is a skilled professional who has undergone extensive training, and their technique is both gentle and delicate. Before the treatment, they carefully inquire about your lifestyle and physical condition to make the entire session more targeted. With every press on my shoulders, I felt the long-accumulated “mom shoulders” pressure being instantly released. The tension in my shoulders, back, and waist that had been stuck for so long gradually melted away, replaced by a soothing warmth. It truly felt like evolving from a “gruff mom” into a “gentle fairy”!

同時，療程房內播放的是專為庵 SPA 訂製的自然系音樂，鳥鳴、流水聲與輕柔的旋律交織在一起，彷彿在耳邊講述一個關於放鬆與重生的故事。聽著這些聲音，連平常最難放空的我，也在短短幾分鐘內進入了半夢半醒的狀態。

At the same time, the treatment room played natural-themed music custom-made for An Spa. The sounds of birds chirping, flowing water, and soft melodies intertwined, as if telling a story of relaxation and rebirth. Listening to these sounds, even I, who usually finds it hardest to relax, was able to enter a semi-dreamy state in just a few minutes.

療程結束後，按摩師還貼心地建議了幾個適合日常使用的小技巧，比如在家用簡單的穴位按摩紓緩疲勞，或者搭配庵 SPA 的居家產品來延續效果。當下我只覺得：這也太懂我們這群超忙碌媽咪的心了吧！

After the treatment, the massage therapist thoughtfully suggested a few simple techniques for daily use, such as using basic acupressure massage at home to relieve fatigue, or incorporating An Spa’s home products to extend the benefits. At that moment, I couldn’t help but think: They really understand the needs of us super-busy moms!

科技加持的美肌新體驗！這次的體驗還有一個亮點，就是庵 SPA 和「休斯生醫」的合作。透過休斯生醫的科研技術，SPA 體驗不再只是當下的放鬆，而是可以結合預防保健與肌膚調理。他們會根據你的膚質和需求，提供專屬的保養建議，並使用最新的科技儀器進行深層保養。對於像我這種每天帶小孩，完全沒有時間保養的媽媽來說，這真的是一大福音！

They tailor skincare advice based on your skin type and needs, and use the latest technological equipment for deep care. For someone like me, a mom with no time for skincare while taking care of kids, this is truly a blessing!

值得每個媽媽犒賞自己的高級享受，庵 SPA 的這次體驗，對我來說不僅僅是一次身體的放鬆，更是一種身心靈的重生。回到家後，我感覺整個人充滿能量，連帶著對孩子們的耐心都增加了不少。可以說，這不只是給自己一場奢華的犒賞，更是讓家庭生活多了一份溫暖的支撐。

This luxurious treat is worth every mom’s reward. My experience at An Spa was not just a physical relaxation, but a complete rebirth for my body, mind, and spirit. After returning home, I felt recharged with energy, and even my patience with the kids increased. I can say that this wasn’t just a lavish reward for myself; it added a warm sense of support to my family life.
