庵SPA在日本非常具有名氣，這是在之前熱愛去東京旅遊的我就略知一二的，庵SPA於日本皆進駐於五星級大飯店內，像是加賀屋、希爾頓台場、東京車站飯店等知名飯店內都看的到庵SPA的身影，源自日本的庵SPA強調日系按摩手法，融合了穴位、筋膜等專業理論，實作上手法輕慢 以舒壓和放鬆肌肉為原則，一聽到庵SPA要在台北設立旗艦店這消息，我自然是不能錯過這個機會。

An SPA is highly renowned in Japan, a fact I was somewhat familiar with during my frequent trips to Tokyo in the past. An SPA is typically located within five-star hotels across Japan, such as the famous Kagaya, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, and Tokyo Station Hotel. Originating from Japan, An SPA emphasizes Japanese massage techniques, incorporating professional theories like acupressure points and fascia manipulation. The techniques are gentle and slow, focusing on relieving stress and relaxing muscles. Upon hearing the news that An SPA was opening a flagship store in Taipei, I knew I couldn’t miss this opportunity.

Known as the most beautiful parking lot in Huashan, Opal Parking truly lives up to its reputation. Unfortunately, I didn’t drive here today, or I would have loved to see its splendor in person.

走進RENLUXUS`芮娜瑟斯的Lobby，有種要到飯店櫃台check in的錯覺，高挑寬敞的設計給人舒適無拘束的感受，電梯直上3樓便是我此次的目的地---庵SPA
Stepping into the RENLUXUS lobby feels like walking into a hotel reception area, giving a subtle illusion of checking in. The high-ceilinged, spacious design creates a comfortable and unrestricted ambiance. Taking the elevator directly to the third floor leads to my destination—An SPA.

電梯門一開，映入眼前的便是牆上的"庵"字以及極具美學設計感的櫃檯，偌大的空間讓人一走進便有放鬆的感受，轉個彎往裡走，休憩區的環境也非常舒適。

As the elevator doors open, the first thing that catches your eye is the character “庵” on the wall and the aesthetically designed reception desk. The spacious area immediately evokes a sense of relaxation upon entering. Turning a corner and walking further in, you’ll find the lounge area, which is equally comfortable and inviting.

I never expected An SPA to offer nail services as well—I’ll have to find an opportunity to try it next time.

在休憩區的沙發稍坐片刻，芳療師端來了熱熱的洛神花茶讓我飲用，酸酸甜甜的滋味很好喝，接著填寫諮詢表，也讓芳療師更能了解自己的需求，我今天要體驗的療程是日式芳療柔曼Massage，除了可以在VIP包廂裡享受60分鐘純手技按摩之外，還可以使用40分鐘的個人專屬烤箱，我已經迫不及待要開始今天的療程了。

I took a moment to relax on the sofa in the lounge area, where the aromatherapist brought me a warm cup of hibiscus tea. The sweet and tangy flavor was delightful. Afterward, I filled out a consultation form to help the aromatherapist better understand my needs. Today, I’ll be experiencing the Japanese Aromatherapy Gentle Massage. This treatment includes a 60-minute pure hand massage in a VIP suite, as well as 40 minutes in a private sauna. I can’t wait to begin today’s session!

The suite is spacious, featuring not only a treatment bed but also a sofa chair. Near the door, there is an open wardrobe, storage baskets, and a vanity table.

The private sauna in the VIP suite is truly the epitome of luxurious indulgence.

簡單的沐浴後   走進烤箱裡坐著放空，好好的享受難得的一個人的空間，約莫30分鐘後，臉上、身上的汗一滴滴落下，再次回到淋浴間用溫熱的水沖個澡，就準備要開始我期盼已久的日式按摩了，芳療師準備了三種味道的精油讓我試聞。

After a quick shower, I stepped into the sauna to sit and unwind, savoring the rare solitude. About 30 minutes later, beads of sweat started dripping from my face and body. I returned to the shower to rinse off with warm water, feeling refreshed and ready for the long-awaited Japanese massage. The aromatherapist presented three different essential oils for me to sample and choose from.

All three scents were delightful. In the end, I chose Sakura Yuzu.
 

療程正式開始，芳療師以專業熟練的按摩手法，在我的肩頸、背部、腰部、臀部以及四肢按壓著，力道時而輕柔時而用力，每一下的按壓都像是彈奏出一個音符，而我的身體像是一架鋼琴。

The treatment officially began as the aromatherapist skillfully and professionally massaged my shoulders, neck, back, waist, hips, and limbs. The pressure alternated between gentle and firm, with each press feeling like a musical note being played, while my body became the piano.

堆積在體內的疲勞痠痛，在芳療師專業的手技按摩之下徹底得到了釋放，整整60分鐘的手技按摩   讓我有了重生的感覺，芳療師提醒我接下來幾天身體還是會有些痠痛感

這是因為乳酸代謝的關係，再過幾天就會緩解   不用太擔心。

The accumulated fatigue and soreness in my body were completely released under the skilled hands of the aromatherapist. The full 60-minute massage left me feeling reborn. The therapist reminded me that I might still experience some soreness over the next few days due to lactic acid metabolism, but it would gradually ease, so there’s no need to worry.

After finishing the treatment and freshening up, I drew back the curtains to take in the view outside. Relaxing on the sofa for a short rest was an indulgence in itself.

原以為這樣就已經結束，沒想到回到休憩區時，芳療師竟然還準備了熱呼呼的雞湯讓我享用，庵SPA不只照顧身體   連胃也顧到了。

I thought the experience had concluded, but to my surprise, when I returned to the lounge area, the aromatherapist had prepared a steaming bowl of chicken soup for me to enjoy. An SPA not only takes care of the body but also tends to the soul—and the stomach.

The aromatic garlic chicken soup, with its rich broth and tender chicken, is absolutely delightful. Being able to enjoy such a hearty soup after a massage feels like pure bliss!
 

庵SPA的環境真的太過舒適，療程結束後如果不急著走，也能在角落的榻榻米上休息，靠著椅墊、看看書也好、欣賞窗外景色也罷，沉澱一下心靈   好好充個電，離開庵SPA後，讓全新的自己繼續每一天的挑戰。

The environment at An SPA is truly too comfortable to leave in a hurry. After the treatment, if you’re not pressed for time, you can relax in the tatami corner. Lean against the cushions, read a book, or simply admire the view outside the window. It’s a perfect way to calm your mind and recharge. Leaving An SPA, you step out as a renewed version of yourself, ready to take on the challenges of each new day.
